My coaching style is informed by a career of nearly three decades in the creative sector. I held senior leadership roles – supporting, guiding and developing colleagues, artists and executive teams to adapt to the ever changing demands of contemporary business and innovative environments.
As a wife and mother of two children, I also understand the challenges facing every working parent, to balance family, work and my own personal development.
During my immensely rewarding time in the music industry, I acquired a broad range of expertise, knowledge and life experience, which combine now to provide the platform for my mentoring, life and executive coaching practice.
I trained and was accredited through the prestigious Coaches Training Institute, which is backed by the latest scientific research. Co-Active Coaching is at the heart of my approach and is based on the following two core principles:
